Final: Hamm Stadium, Sunday 24th May 2015, K.O 5pm
Report by Steve Bott

A controlled first half display saw the Clarets do everything right and go in with a 2-0 lead at the break.

Jon Borland curled in a great shot from the edge of the penalty area after just two minutes to set them on their way.

Then a great save from goalkeeper Dickie Lee in a one-on-one situation on five minutes gave the VCs a further boost.

They capitalised on all that when Liam Robinson showed the old reactions were still there as he got to the rebound first when his 14th minute header came back off a post and he put in another header to make it 2-0.

Germania pulled a goal back with a great, acrobatic diving header to set up a tense last 11 minutes but the VCs held out thanks to a great goal-line clearance from player-manager David Hamilton and the celebrations began.

TEAM (4-3-3): Lee – Hamilton, Oghani, Harrison, Hussein – Borland, Deary, Kevan – Lancashire, Robinson, Maylett.
